Overall we had a comfortable stay with our dogs. Room was spacious with a fridge, ac, excellent shower and big comfortable bed. Although this is noted down as 4 star its probably more 3 star and hotel and grounds require some upgrading. Most disappointing for us was the outdoor pool which was dirty and not fit to swim in. Last year when we stayed the pool was very clean and inviting. We used the SPA inside this year which was good although very warm.

Other reviews are correct. It’s a disgrace!

This hotel looks as if it’s been on the edge of liquidation since around 2014 (in reception they proudly display a certificate of excellence dated 2014!). I won’t repeat other reviews about the pools and outdoor areas, they are still in a bad condition and look unusable. Inside the room, the laminate floor is falling apart (disguised in places by a mat taped to the floor). The bathroom is in poor condition with broken fittings. The room is stuffy and smelly and everywhere is dark. The restaurant side is in much better condition. Breakfast was good. We didn’t use the ‘spa’ and had dinner at a restaurant further along the road. With investment this could be so good but until fixed, I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

Mi experiencia fue buena , es cierto que las baldas del suelo estaban rotas y se hundían y para ir descalzo es un problema, y tenía la puerta del baño y la pila (que era de madera el soporte) roto y astillado. El hotel está sin mantenimiento en muchas partes pero el personal(1 persona vi) fue muy amable pero ni tiene nevera, ni caja fuerte, y la tele es del tamaño de una tablet, siendo que no hay nada de cobertura en el hotel y la wifi no llega a las habitaciones creo que deberían de mejorar esto. Con un poco de mantenimiento estaría dentro de las 4 estrellas pero así como está no puede estar dentro de esa categoria. Es bonito, un buen entorno y buen trato pero nada de mantenimiento.

L’établissement nécessite une bonne rénovation globale, les chambres sont correctes ce qui n’est pas le cas du SPA dont beaucoup d’équipement ne fonctionnent pas. Il est à préciser que le SPA n’était ouvert que de 17h à 21h. Le restaurant ne propose que le repas du soir sous forme de menu dont la qualité est moyenne. L’hôtel étant éloigné du premier village il faut obligatoirement avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer pour manger.

Ha sido la peor experiencia ,decepsion total,nos ha cobrado antes de llegar al hotel ,todo sucio lleno de telarrañas ,habitacion con paredes sucios muebles rotos,de los grifos se salia agua por todos los sitios,la piscina sin abrir,el restaurante cerrado a las 22 un sabado .La chica de la recepción amable intentando buscar escusas a las quejas de los usuarios .Ni de lejos es de 4 estrellas, 1 y le sobra .

El Hotel (****) necesita urgentemente una renovación y un mantenimiento sistemático. Las paredes de las habitaciones están sucias y el piso es malo. Ten en cuenta que dejan que los perros se queden en las habitaciones y es una experiencia desagradable escuchar los ladridos del perro... El desayuno es malo. La comida del restaurante es mala. No vale 1 euro. Buenas opciones para comer en los pueblos de los alrededores del Hotel. El personal del Hotel es muy amable. ***************************************** The Hotel (****) is in urgent need of renovation and systematic maintenance. The walls of the rooms are dirty and the floor is bad. Please note that they let the dogs stay in the rooms and it is an unpleasant experience to hear the dog barking.... The breakfast is bad. The food in the restaurant is bad. Not worth 1 euro. Good options to eat in the villages around the Hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly.

Todo muy bien. Solo que no traíamos gorra de baño y no pudimos entrar a la alberca techada y era de pago. Y la que estaba al aire libre, era demasiado fría! No nos pudimos meter. También las almohadas son muy gordas y duras. Nos dieron la hr de desayunar hasta las 10am porque estaba lleno antes y al llegar, ya no había variedad, eso no es agradable, buscar que puedes comer de lo que queda. Nuestra recámara no tenía secadora de pelo porque al parecer se las robaron, solo estaban los tornillos donde se cuelga, pero fui a pedir una prestada y sólo tenían una pero estaba prestada. Me permitieron entrar a una recámara que acababan de dejar otros huéspedes para usar la de esa recámara

En general bien, pero la habitacion necesitaba de un plan renove. El suelo estababmedio suelto. El estado general de la habitacion, la cama y el "jacuzzi" por llamarlende alguna manera, no eran del todo cuidados, tanto por aspecto como por comodidad, por poner un ejemplo la almohada.

Lo perdono todo por lo bien que lo hemos pasado

El hotel esta en un paraje muy bonito y esta bastante bien, pero necesita reforma y mas organizacion. Desde luego las 4 estrellas estn sobrevaloradas. El restaurante del hotel esta desaprovechado. La iluminacion deberia de ser revisada en la sala del desayuno, alli la mañana ha habido chaos, el aparato del zumo no es nada practico, si saben la gente hospedada en el hotel creo que deberia de ser menos habladuria y mas eficacidad y que la gente no tenga que pedir casi de todo porque en un momento no habia ni platos, ni pan, ni leche, ni tortilla, en fin chaos..... Luego me parece mal que el servicio del spa empiece a las 9 de la mañana. Hay gente que le gusta empezar el dia a las 7 de la mañana en la piscina, ya que tiene esas instalaciones deberian de ser disponibles mas pronto. Miraria con atencion esos detalles. Gracias.

Grundsätzlich ist das Haus toll eingerichtet und hat gute Ideen und einen tollen Geschmack. Jedoch ist wirklich vieles sanierungsbedürftig. Es fehlt an Reparaturarbeiten. Super toll eingerichtet, jedoch für den praktischen Nutzen beim Bau nicht weitergedacht. Boden im Zimmer, Arbeitsplatte etc. quirlt auf. Tapete in Badezimmer stark verschmutzt bis schimmelig. Leider nicht nur in einem Zimmer. Wellness lohnt sich gar nicht. Sauna nur 60Grad . Fliesen im Pool gehen kaputt und liegen überall verteilt draußen rum. Das Personal ist jedoch sehr bemüht, freundlich und hilft bei geplanten Ausflügen.

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, la televisión era muy pequeña, y no tenia ni la mitad de los canales que actualmente hay en antena.Ademas, no tenia los clasicos productos de aseo que te regalan en estos hoteles. El desayuno fantástico, y super barato. El spa norma-lito, sin vestuario , con un baño con taquillas que estaban en pésimo estado. Ademas esta bastante alejado de todo, si quieres ir a desconectar esta bien, pero si quieres desconectar y luego salir por fuera, nadie te quita 30 minutos en coche.
