「Advertised as hotel but is actually on one floor of an old apartment building. Bathroom plumbing caused toxic septic smell throughout entire stay.」

「Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us. There is a kitchen with all utensils n tablewares that you can cook. Overall its a comfortable n convenient hotel.」

「The apartment is one of many in the same block. Regrettably, it is unclear which photos refer to the apartment one is booking. For example they show a terraced area for dining but with no indication to which flat it refers. Also we reported that the TV did not work (or connect to the internet) on day one. By day four no one had repaired it. 」

「Clean room, easy check-in, store bags there for the day when we arrived early. Four people slept comfortably in room, one master bed and one pull-out with 2 twins. 5 min walk to bus stations made it kind of convenient, especially for price. Disappointing that the pool wasn’t open when the weather was warm.」
