「The front desk staff is difficult to work with and they want you to contact the host. The Expedia app doesn’t allow contacting the host. Communications is just terrible and everyone just says to ask someone else. I actually extended my stay another two weeks and it’s currently almost check in time again and no housekeeping has come. I really like the building and condos, but everything else is just terrible. I really hope this reaches the host, so they will know the staff is probably running...

「We had a wonderful stay at Pandora's Nest! The complimentary amenities were a lovely touch - eggs, rice, water, snacks, and chocolate for the kids made us feel right at home. Everything was easily accessible, and I enjoyed my morning coffee without having to step out. The instant coffee and water boiler kettle were great perks.
