Heel erg gemiddeld. Enige echte plus is de ligging, vrij centraal in de stad. Personeel is vriendelijk maar de nachtwaker was gewoon afwezig (lag te slapen ofzo) waardoor ik moest lopen om mijn trein te halen. Kamer was gemiddeld qua comfort. Geen echte aanrader, maar ook niet per se slecht.

Tres chaud, rapport qualité prix a revoir en ce m

J’ai toujours passé de très bons séjours dans cet hôtel, et j’en garde généralement une excellente impression. Cependant, cette fois-ci, je suis obligé de signaler un point très problématique : cela fait maintenant plus de trois semaines qu’il fait plus de 26°C dans les chambres, et l’établissement refuse de mettre en marche la climatisation. La direction explique qu’elle n’active la clim qu’à partir du mois de mai, peu importe les conditions réelles ou les nombreuses plaintes des clients. Résultat : il devient extrêmement difficile, voire impossible, de dormir correctement. C’est vraiment regrettable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Je séjourne dans cette hôtel tres régulièrement plusieurs nuits par mois. L'accueil est excellent, le petit déjeuné est très bien fournis. Les chambres sont confortable et calme. Le petit bémol est le parking, il est difficile de trouver une place dans la rue. Je recommande pour tout type de voyage.

God overnatning for familie

Fint hotel og meget venligt personale. Store og flotte værelser. Morgenmaden var god. Vi var heldige at få en gratis parkeringsplads lige udenfor døren, og ellers var der parkeringskælder lige rundt om hjørnet. Baren var ubemandet om aftenen, det var lidt ærgerligt.

Superbe hôtel

Super hôtel dans le centre-ville de Valenciennes. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le réceptionniste du matin, Jean-Marie, est très gentil et avenant. Les produits du petit-déjeuner sont de qualités. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Chambre classique sans plus, pas a la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Salle de bain très mal entretenue, calcaire, moisissures et amas de cheveux savonneux dans la baignoire... Linge (serviettes et draps)pas mal froissés, les serviettes de bain sont vraiment trop petites !! Dommage de ne pas mettre à disposition des carafe d'eau à la fontaine... On regrette également de ne pas avoir un lait pour le corps... Pour une nuit de passage ça passe mais pas plus. La gamme mercure a vraiment baissé en gamme ! Le seul + de cet hôtel est le petit dejeuner.

De kamer was ruim en comfortabel, mooi ingericht en bedden van zeer goeie kwaliteit. Heerlijk geslapen! Bedienden aan de receptie zeer vriendelijk en het ontbijt was van uitzonderlijk goede kwaliteit. Zeer tevreden over het verblijf.

Un passage rapide pour une affaire familiale Une belle chambre. Température idéale et pouvant être réglé ( dehors -4degres) La literie correcte. La douche spacieuse.
