The property is well furnished and modern, and has helpful amenities. The patio area is inaccessible, which feels a little misleading. We had issues which we were compensated for.

Stayed in for a week in late August 2025. This is a former retail unit, so you are right on the pavement. Overall, the place is brand new and immaculate. Close to all amenities and transport. Hosts were very communicative. The downsides are: Poor ventilations as the only way to get fresh air is through the front door/ window. Communal bins are right on your face which means if you leave the windows opened you'll literally be attacked by mosquitos and flies. Air conditioned is fine but the poor ventilation makes an infectious odour of sewage once you close the door/ window. We had to take risks of sleeping with window opened overnight. Not our cup of tea.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, schon eingerichtet leider war ein Geruchsproblem Des Abfkussescin der Dusche vorhanden Was auch nicht dauerhaft gelöst werden könnte. Und der Innen Hof ist generell sinnlos und war nicht zugänglich Sonst wäre es eine sehr schöne Wohnung Gewesen
