Very nice location, steps away from the Valencia church and lots of restaurants but the hotel itself is in a quiet location. Room conditions are not perfect, However acceptable.

Check in was smooth, and the room was nice. Unfortunately we experienced problems with the shower as no water was coming out. We reported the problem and the staff was very helpful and provided us with a solution. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and clean.

This hotel was excellent for our stay in Valencia. It was tucked away in a tiny side street that was just steps from various plazas, shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The woman who was at the front desk when we arrived was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and very neat! Our young son loved getting to sleep in the little loft. We would absolutely consider staying again.

Ok, but wouldn’t stay again

Pros Location - easy walking to most attractions Beautiful building and lobby Nice front desk staff Cons Room was very small and uncomfortable. There was barely any room to open one suitcase. No suitcase stand. No table/side table, just a chair. There was no mini fridge. Shower is tiny and very awkward to use, every time you turn around you end up turning the water knob. No window - it was covered by film and made the room very dark. AC didn’t work when we arrived, they were able to fix it quickly, but it didn’t really cool the room well.

Zentral gelegen aber sehr hellhörig

Das Hotel ist nicht ganz so leicht zu finden, es ist zwar super zentral, jedoch etwas versteckt in einer Seitenstrasse. An der Rezeption wurden wir eher distanziert empfangen. Das Zimmer war riesig mit zwei Doppelbetten auf zwei Ebenen. Wir entschieden uns für das untere, was sich leider als Fehler herausstellte, es war kein Doppelbett sondern zwei Einzelbetten auf Rollen, die immer wieder auseinander rutschten. An der Decke waren Wasserflecken zu sehen. Jedoch das Schlimmste waren die Tappelgeräusche unter der Decke, wo wir nicht identifizieren konnten, von welchen Vierbeinern diese stammten. Generell ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig, was unsere Nachtruhe sehr einschränkte. Für uns also insgesamt eher eine Enttäuschung.

Hotel hat einen Stern zuviel und ist schmutzig

Es war unser 2tes Mal in dem Hotel. Es wird leider dreckiger, Schimmel im Bad in der Dusche und den anderen Ecken. Man kann nicht aus den Fenstern schauen. Kein Zimmersafe, kein Schrank, kein Tisch, Pappbecher für die Zahnbürsten... Es wird mit 2 Sternen bewertet, es sollte aber eigentlich nur 1Stern haben. Rezeptionistin am Abend war das einzige Highlight. super nett, freundlich uns hilfsbereit.

ottima posizione, praticamente a due passi dal centro storico di Valencia e da tutti i mezzi di trasporto. eravamo in 4 e la camera era veramente molto spaziosa e comoda addirittura con 2 bagni! ciliegina sulla torta una ragazza italiana alla reception che ci ha consigliato molto bene su tutto!
