「The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment with a pullout sofa. It was spacious with good amount of space on the balcony. One recommendation that I have for an apartment that size, maybe to leave a small broom inside the room. Because after visiting the beach especially with little kids we brought in sand. 「My niece and I had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Bassa. It was very clean and lovely. The staff (especially Ana) were extremely helpful with questions before and during our stay and with reserving a taxi for our trip afterward to the airport. The location right off the beach at Playa de Arenas also was a lot of fun and convenient. 「I had very bad experiences stay at this hotel, the person next to my room spoke very loudly and I wake up at 0;10am and sleep again at 4;00am. There is no restaurant for breakfast. I don't think I will stay here again.」
