"You used to get biscuits, a robe and water these are no longer supplied Also the breakfast was cold, the eggs hard, the bacon hard, the beans cold all items very low quality The staff at reception are rude"

"Yes there were shops there ,didnt try a hot tub. "

"Shame the pool wasn't open! But the staff were very good - particularly the night duty manager who helped my diabetic niece when she was ill. Huge thanks and praise ot her!"
