「It was our second year in a row visiting this hotel - 2 adults and a 4 year old. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a one bedroom apartment on the top floor with lovely sea views. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially with children. The hotel is in a lovely quiet safe area but just a short taxi ride to the busy marina. The new fountains were a lovely addition. The hotel is very clean. The rooms a little bit dated but it didn't bother us, once they were clean. 」

「Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.」

「2 pools nicely maintained, apartment was dated but clean and had everything we needed. 15-20 minute walk or a short uber ride made everything very accessible 」

「The Vila Gale Cerro has everything that you would need at a resort hotel. We were able to enjoy the pool area which had food and drink options throughout the day. Pool was a bit cool but refreshing and large - perfect for a hot day. We had no problem finding pool loungers in the middle of the afternoon - plenty of space. The location of the hotel is also convenient for walking to the beach and nightlife. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Great option for a stay in...

「Fijne accommodatie, vriendelijk personeel, ruim appartement, eten lekker en voldoende variatie, 2 zwembaden, waarvan het kleine verwarmd is, het grote koud, brrr... enig minpuntje, weinig ligzetels. Buitendouche en rond zwembad zou dagelijks iets meer gereinigd mogen worden. Maar voor de rest zeker een prima hotel」
