「We enjoyed all aspects of our stay at this family owned property. The location provides easy access to local attractions and is close to the Autobahn. The accommodations were clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was a tasty selection of breads and various deli-type accompaniments. The staff were friendly and attentive. Grüner Sand met all of our expectations and we intend to stay there again during our next visit to Germany.」

「They have zero air conditioning or any fans anywhere on the property. We were traveling with a toddler in code red heat wave 105 degrees (41 degree Celsius) the staff could care less we asked to cancel our stay and move to another hotel way out of our way they refused and even completely ignored us. Horrible customer service and can care less about their guests.」

「Clean room, staff are nice, breakfast is not all-you-can-eat buffet, but the bread is delicious. No supermart nearby. Generally this hotel is good, the only two problems are the noise from driving car is very large, also the check-in time is very late (17:00, we were lucky to check-in early at 15:00).」

「Wir waren dort, weil wir ein Konzert in Bad Salzuflen besucht hatten. Zum Konzerthaus sind es gute 10 bis 15 Minuten durch ein Wohnviertel bis zum Kurpark. Das Hotel ist mehr ein umgebautes Mehrfamilienhaus mit 19 Zimmern auf 3 Etagen, wobei wir ganz oben im Dachgeschoss waren. Die Hitze war erträglich, lag aber mehr daran, dass wir in der Nacht die Fenster weit öffneten konnten und es keine tropische Nacht war. Es gab zwar einen neuen Ventilator für uns, aber bei Hitze helfen die auch nicht...

「The hotel is located centrally, across from the Rathaus and the Münsterkirche. It's within walking distance of pretty much anything you could need. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and inviting, and the breakfast was delicious.」

「Schöne, gemütliche und saubere Wohnung. Super gemütliche Betten, tolle Lage, da sehr zentral. Frühstück war auch gut. Kommunikation war toll, alle freundlich und zuvorkommend.」

「Rather noisy as main railway very close to hotel. With windows closed it was much quieter, but very warm....of course it is summer, thankfully a large fan was supplied in room. Very reasonable cost. Thank you. Ian」
