"Excellent Hotel to stay overnight in Madrid close to the airport with free transfer shuttle "

"Nice stay. Good breakfast. However, my lasting impression was marred because apparently the front desk clerk may unexpectedly chase you out on the sidewalk and accuse you of ordering a taxi you didn’t order."

"Shuttle is free to go from airport to the hotel but there is a cost if you need the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. It’s a fair price (we paid 5 euros per person) but we didn’t know when we booked the property, and having a “free” shuttle was one of the reasons we booked this hotel, so be sure to add the cost of the return shuttle to the price as this may result in other properties near the airport that do offer free shuttle being cheaper overall. The breakfast starts late (7 am) but it was great food!"

"It mentions that they have 24hr shuttle for pick up from the airport, unfortunately, they do not accommodate early airport departures shuttles. I booked the hotel for the shuttle, but had to pay for an Uber. So if you have an early morning flight, don’t book it for the shuttle. The staff say hello, but other than that, not too helpful or friendly. "
