By looking at the ad for this motel I thought it was just off the harbor, it is not. It is walking distance to harbor and grocery store. Rooms are very small. It is clean. Does have a hair dryer in the room. Good breakfast that is hot and fresh. Coffee 24/7. Good parking. Easy to find b

Great staff, very helpful and pleasant. Riding my Harley, was allowed to park under awning. The breakfast was limited, but was attended and kept fresh and adequately stocked. Simple rooms (old man camp from the pipeline), I slept like a baby! A great economically priced hotel, I highly recommend this place!

The room was very small and the two full-sized beds made it even smaller. The desk is crumbling on the bottom. The wall sconces kept fall upside down and lamp shade cracked. The room is trapped in the 80’s. The bathroom was clean and great water pressure. Staff was very nice.

initially hesitant due to the hotel's lower average rating, I was pleasantly surprised by our experience. The suite exceeded our expectations, offering plenty of space with three beds and two bathrooms(twice as the regular room). Although the property and equipment are somewhat dated, everything worked perfectly. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was of a higher quality than many comparable inns. Given the convenient in-town location and highly competitive pricing, this stay offered excellent value. I am happy to leave a positive review.

Old hotel and not really updated. The room was cold and no way to turn the heat up. The breakfast he put enough out for 1-3 people and when others would walk in he would make more.. I had trouble with my flight on Tuesday so I didn’t get here. I tried to cancel but they wouldn’t give me my money back, not even part of it. I pretty sure I won’t be staying there when I come back. The guy at the counter was super great.

We arrived late at the hotel as we drove from Fairbanks to Valdez. The staff were very courteous and considerate to leave a message & the key so we can able to get into our room as the reception is open only up to 8 pm for check in. Overall, the building is at the old town of Valdez, close to the ferry, price was reasonable, staff were friendly, a good place to crash in for a night after a long drive. The sausage was yummy at breakfast 😊

It is old conex building. It would be nice to have small coffee pot and fridge in room. Stairs to breakfast are many so difficult to do but desk will go and get breakfast or drink for you. Perfer to do my own though

The person at desk didn’t seem to be too happy with his job, wasn’t very friendly. The bathroom in room was clean and beds. Carpet was filthy! Didn’t even want to take my shoes off. No screen on window. Curtain rod broke, Breakfast was ok, place was quiet just a really really old place!
