「The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that when I arrived at the airport and need their shuttle service, they didn’t answer the phone. I had to pay an uber to get there and when I arrived to the hotel at around 11pm, there was a very long line to check in. Anytime I went to the lobby, it was very full of people trying to check in and usually only 1 worker helping.
