「The breakfast was fresh and a large variety for the two mornings we were there. Eggs, sliced meats, cheese, fruit, bread. The snacks in the refrigerator in the room were for purchase, not free. Be aware. I was not. 」

「I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice. 「A beautiful apartment and communal courtyard. Very well-placed for the ferry to central Cadiz. There were quite a lot of instructions but all made sense on arrival and Juan was very quick to respond to any queries. The garage parking was great as the streets are quite narrow so we would've felt nervous about leaving the hire car there.」

「It’s a great central location, we had one of the Junior suites which had a king size bed, a separate sitting area and a massive shower room. A beautiful period building with just 10 rooms. The reception staff were all very helpful and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The only minor issue, if you needed good broadband connection, was the speed. WiFi coverage was ok but the speed was very poor.」

「Only picky things to mention. The windows looked out onto reception so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. The were a few marks in the cutlery draw. This is all very much outweighed by tge staff, cleanliness and comfort. Would definitely recommend. 」

「My husband and I stayed here while in Cádiz and loved it!!! Very cool hotel in the middle of old town. Room was very clean and there was access to a roof top terrace as well. The staff was very helpful and provided recommendations for restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we ever find ourselves in Cádiz in the future!」

「The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast and the waiter service are great. I've sent an email to request for a room at the higher floor. No response from them at all, but I was given a room on the lowest floor when check in. 」
