「Great location and able to ski to slopes with young children. Ski hire and shops within complex. Lockers on same floor making it a lot easier to get ready in the morning. Apartment had everything we needed for the week. Will return.」

「I travelled to the Tourotel expecting the worst given a lot of the reviews, and was pleasantly surprised and can only suggest those giving such poor reviews haven't stayed in ski accommodation before or hadn't looked at any of the photos. Yes it's basic (as are most ski accommodations), but they are well equipped (I've attached the inventory of the 2 bed apartment), and the mountain facing balcony rooms have the best view of any accommodation I've stayed in the alps. 「Un bel établissement avec un aménagement récent, moderne et très bien entretenu. La literie est très confortable. Personnel accueillant. le spa que nous n'avons pas utilisé est très moderne mais pris d'assaut par les enfants donc très très bruyant. Un peu excentré du centre de la station car situé tout en bas de la rue du soleil, mais avec les ascenseurs l'accès au centre de la station plus haut est facile. Wifi très mauvais, il faut constamment rebooter le système.」

「First family ski trip with 3 and 5 year olds. Fantastic place to stay. Straight into nursery slopes and ski school from ski room door. Easy to get back to with young children. Reception staff very helplful. Lovely meal in the restaurant. We will be booking same again for next year. 」

「There was not a lot of information regarding check-in etcetera, and there are limited front desk hours. The common areas are quite dismal. However the room was well stocked and clean. Twin beds. You can lock up skis near lobby. A two minute walk to the slopes. If you are desiring comfort and amenities, this is not your place. However if you come to ski with a friend and don't mind basic accommodations, this place is not bad. 」

「No internet in property. No cellular reception (5G). Black mold in shower. Very limited storage space. One roll of toilet paper for a week for four people. Moldy towels. Smell of cigarettes everywhere. 」

「We were a group of 2 families consisting of 2 adults and 2 children. We were given rooms next to each other on level 2 which was perfect. No need to get in the lifts in the morning to get to the slopes. The room had everything we needed and had much more space than I thought we would get. The beds and sofa bed was comfortable as were the pillow. We never used any of the facilities on site so can't comment on those but thought the location for us was great having a children in ski school in the...
