the BEST location, close to the train, grocery store, sites and more. Loved my stay and will definitely be back.

The hotel is located very closely to the lake Zurich and close to the Old Town where the shopping and restaurants are. The hotel does not have A/C which is very hard to sleep or stay in the room when the temperature outside is over 20’s C. Also, there is no coffee or tea in the room.

Nice shower. Room layout was ridiculous —- one side of the bed against the wall and if a person was sitting in the only chair at the desk, the view of the tv for someone in bed is blocked. Asked for daily cleaning of room and that didn’t always happen. Requested a 4 a.m wake up call to catch an early flight. No call. Luckily, we woke up early enough to rush to make our flight. When I mentioned it to receptionist on check out, he just shrugged! We had asked the night before check out if there were any charges on our account and was assured there were none. The morning receptionist said we owed 10 plus CHF! Would never stay at this hotel again and was surprised to learn this is a Marriott property as they have higher standards than this!
