The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The room was filthy from the start. No one came to clean our room during our stay so we had to go and request new towels and buy toilet roll. The mattress had a mysterious looking pee stain which was quickly uncovered as our bed sheet on our double bed was actually two single sheets placed horizontally (which is very uncomfortable and moves during the night). The duvet covers also had some mysterious stains on them, and the whole place smelt like bad drains! To top it off the doors don’t fit the frames and the walls are like paper so you can hear the next door neighbours having a wee and alarms going off in rooms all over the corridor (which got annoying very fast at 3am!)

Better than expected

Was better than I thought as I had read the reviews so wasnt expecting much. If you want somewhere cheap and clean then this fits the bill. Breakfast is very basic - no sausages, bacon, beans etc which you need when spending hours in the mountains. They were accommodating in letting us check out later - would stay again and would recommend to people on a budget

For what you pay considering the area it is not a bad deal whatsoever, my only complaint is the mattresses are vile, so soft and gave me a bad back

Högljutt, mögellukt och sömnlöst

Inte en enda ostörd natts sömn. Otroligt högljutt med ljud från korridoren, närliggande rum och utifrån gatan. Luktade illa på rummet.

Tres bruyant!!!

Impossible de dormir de la nuit, les chambres sont juste au dessus d'un bar très très animé. Et les clients anglophones sont très bruyants dans la rue.

Accueil et staff très sympathique, propreté par contre plus que douteuse. Etablissement convient à probablement des profils jeunes qui ne sont pas trop regardant sur le confort et la propreté...

hôtelier est un métier qui n est pas maitrisé ici

Arrivée à 23 h, la clé nous attendait comme convenu à la réception qui était fermée. Mais chauffage HS dans la chambre, soit une température intérieure de 12 degrés et pas de possibilité de contacter le gérant. Le lendemain, il a fallu 4 relances avant que finalement on nous dote d'un chauffage d appoint. il faut reconnaitre que la communication est peu aisée avec des gérants suédois qui ne parlent pas français et pas tous l anglais. Mais si on peu admettre un incident technique, c est surtout la désinvolture de son traitement qui nous a agacés. A 180 euros la nuit, on espère un meilleur traitement. A notre demande insistante, 30 euros de remise nous ont été consentis. A cela s'ajoute leur étonnement quand on indique que l'intégralité de la prestations a été prépayée par hotels.com! En résumé, un 2 étoiles propre, bien situé mais sans aucun souci client
