"Overall, everything was good. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice, and the swimming pool was excellent. However, one staff member was enough to ruin the overall impression of our stay. Right from the beginning, the security employee standing outside behaved very rudely. Although there was available space near the reception, he did not allow us to park there briefly for check-in, even though we had arrived with our whole family and children. He communicated in a very rough manner, giving orders instead of speaking politely. Unfortunately, this experience was enough to spoil the impression of the entire stay. It would be good for a hotel of this level to train its staff in basic customer service and communication skills."

"The setting of this hotel is stunning - set in the mountains literally on a babbling brook, it couldn't be more peaceful or scenic. Most importantly, the staff - particularly Tatev - are amazing - kind, friendly, helpful, communicative. Can't recommend this place enough."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable and had desks to work on. Big plus to have a toilet downstairs in the living area and a toilet plus shower upstairs near the bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and had excellent views of the mountains through enormous windows. You can also look out onto the courtyard tables and a large screen television. We also ate lunch in the restaurant and it was great. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come back. Excellent value."

"Irina was the absolute perfect host and looked after us extremely well. Our room was lovely and cosy and we had breakfast and dinner with her which was served in her own lounge! The food was home cooked and delicious and we loved listening to Irina's tales of how the town used to be. An exceptional host and we wish we could have stayed longer."

"They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay."
