Though hotel is in very good location if you want to live at beach front property with easy access to clubs and lounges. Only thing- You will hear the loud music. Property room does have rats. You can hear them.

This hotel is catering for the under 25 crowd interested club ing , very very loud music starts at 5.00 pm and can finish after 4.00am ,impossible to sleep during this time .

Pros: Beach access, adequate breakfast, reasonable customer service. Comfortable bed. Cons: Sandwiched between night clubs, walls shaking from music until 4-6am. Power went out on last night of stay multiple times. Very dirty floors on our arrival. Socks and feet with red dirt on them. 1300inr for washing, tshirt came back with holes in it and underwear required fixing. Summary: if youre going out partying until 4am this place is probably a reasonable spot to stay. Otherwise i wouldnt recommend this to anyone. Very disappointing 4 nights.

Not worth it you're planning on sleeping

Terrible experience. We go into the property, there's this guy who has no idea how to handle logistics for the room. He said he's new there and there no one else to help. The management has cheaped out on both quality and quantity of workers. Then we go to the room, they forget to get our luggage that they said they'd get. Impossible to sleep if you're planning to sleep at night. Loud music from 3-4 pubs around penetrates the thin walls with ease. The hot water you'll get is only for 2 mins. The bathroom design sucks as water literally goes everywhere. There's so door, just a glass covering half the shower area.
