"Over water villa room was spacious with nice private pool, but the sewage system underneath the toilet was so poor that we had poo smell in the bathroom since day 1 to day 4, and resort didn't offer any room change. Handheld shower head quality was quite poor and water doesn't come out evenly. Before you use outdoor shower, suggest to turn on the water and run it for at least 1 full minute, because I nearly had brown colour water pouring over me, which was absolutely disgusting. "Staff were very professional. They came on time to pick us up at the airport. Guided us with checkout and hotel transfers. Explained everything well. We stayed only 1 night but they made sure it was perfect. Check in and check out was smooth. They even guided us through some touristic suggestions. The only down side was that i booked a ocean side view which was correct but on the 3rd floor. The burgerking was hiding all the view sadly. But other than that it was top notch from start to end."
