「Clean and nice」

「The Best Western Plus Larco Hotel is overrated. It's outside the city center (30 to 40 minutes on foot), the rooms are tiny and certainly not what you would expect of a hotel that is rated 4 stars, the breakfast is ordinary and repetitive. They also have a nickel and dime attitude that is deplorable. As an example, they give you one litre of water the first day that you arrive, but want you to pay for it starting on the second day. WORSE! At 8am in the apartment next door, building work commenced to a deafening level as drilling and hammering. 90 minutes of HELLISH noise...
