This place is delightful! Easy check-in, super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful facilities. My room was excellent and spacious too. I'll stay again sometime!! Highly recommend!

A older hotel, but still nice. I found the pillows and bed to be too hard--I could feel the springs in the mattress. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The front desk staff were great and the cleaning staff do an excellent job. My small frustration was the parking fee. The charged ¥1000/night for parking which I thought was fine (¥1500 or more at most places). But then I discovered it was a local surface lot that only cost ¥700 for 24 hours. That just feels "cheap" on the hotel's part.

It was convenient to get to. The rooms were clean however the bed is hard and the hotel itself is old. But it's good to stay here.

繁華街に近いのでここにしました。部屋は清潔で接客も丁寧で良かったです。今回朝食を食べませんでしたが、美味しいと評判なので次回は食べたいです。

朝食は本当に素晴らしかった！手作り、味良し、種類も適度で品がある。スタッフの気配りも素晴らしい！この安さでこのクオリティは言う事なし！家族で滞在しましたが、また滞在したいくらい快適でした、ありがとうございました！

全体的に良かった。ユニットバスなど部屋は掃除がしっかりされてて良かった。朝食ビュッフェも大満足。駐車場の対応が少しややこしかった。評価に入れてないけど、ここに限らず、Expediaで予約すると痛んだ部屋になるような気がする。機械音がずっと聞こえてたり、、、気がするだけかもだけど。

最初の部屋はエアコンが効かず、寒かったので湯船を張って入り、その後栓を抜いたらユニッバスの床全体に漏れ出した。変えてもらった部屋はお湯が出るまでに20分以上掛かった。とにかく酷い部屋だった。
