「Hacienda La Indiana is without question a 10-star experience. From the moment we arrived late at night, we were welcomed with warmth and generosity that made us feel more like family than guests. 「No puede ser considerado hotel de 4 estrellas, no ofrecen botella de agua, tampoco cafetera . No hay internet en las habitaciones y en las áreas comunes es mala la señal.
En recepción no ofrecen mayor información sobre la zona, falta capacitación del personal aunque son muy amables.
