Great place, in the center of Utrera. Great value for the money. Nice rooftop terrace, beautiful hotel.

I booked 3 rooms for 1 night. Sadly one of my tour party i was taking became ill and was not able to travel on the date. Because it was apparent that this would impact on the stay at the hotel i tried for over a month before hand to speak with them, not to cancel the booking, but mearly to change the date and pay any extra. The hotel just "blanked" all my communications and failed to respond to any e mail direct or through Expedia. The end result was they were able to keep the money from yhe original booking. Bad karma, lost any future motorcycle tour bookings from me.

Ho trascorso splendidamente la mia prima vacanza in Andalusia, grazie anche all'accoglienza, alla gentilezza e al carattere espansivo che ho trovato a Palacio San Fernando! Hanno addirittura fatto un graditissimo upgrade,dandoci una stanza meravigliosa. La pulizia è impeccabile, la colazione un momento di relax e il cortile interno un sogno. Grazie a tutti!

Beautiful old palace. However our room was small with furnishings that looked very nice but we’re almost completely useless. Not a drawer in sight. Bamboo towel rail which meant towels did not dry, a rain shower that offered a central trickle and no rain, a fridge so small that it would not fit Teo small bottles of water standing up! All this for £75. Never again!
