"Would not stay again. All the 4 star reviews are so misleading. Staff was grumpy and the girls that checked us in were being rude and condescending. We got one key card per room because they were rationing their cards. They didn’t have enough cards for the amount of rooms they had booked so each guest only received 1. Really? Pillows were being rationed as well. Only 2 pillows per room. We were told that if every guest asked for extra pillows they would run out of pillows. The hotel is in a central location and that is the only plus in my opinion. Staff need to get their act together and be nice to customers, especially if they are charging a premium for 2 star quality and service."

"Decent and clean rooms when we checked-in. Great fresh breakfast everyday! Very friendly and resourceful staff. Airconditioning and heating working fine. Our best choice for LOCATION exploring Amsterdam. Walking distance to Central Station, Metro subway and the must see sights. Plenty of food and shops right at our doorstep."

"The whole process of checking in, and showing how and where about the amenities very helpful. The tall lady in the front ( sorry I did not know her name) did a very good job to show me around. The best part is the foood of the restaurant, the service has been great, Servings have been great without much wait at all. The fooood is really fantastic!!!"
