Walk to the great hiking canyon. A bit too far from town and beach but great for what it is in the mountains near great hiking.

Fint hotell vid vandringsled till Gorrupo.

Hotellet ligger beläget precis där vandringen från Silana går mot Su Gorrupo. Hotellet har rena fina rum och ett mycket fint läge i bergen och nära huvudväg till Silana. Ägarna av hotell är mycket tillmötesgående och hjälpsamma och bedriver också en mindre med mysig restaurang. Min dotter och jag åt en mycket god middag på kvällen och var trevligt att sitta ute vid terassen. Det enda vi saknade var air condition på rummet och det var mycket varmt på natten i rummet. Så vi öppnade fönstret och släppte in mycket behaglig kvällsluft och kunde höra djuren vandra ute i skogen, hundarna yla och se miljoner stjärnor på himlen med så lite ströljus i bergen. Men ute fanns mygg och fick ta kostnaden med några myggbett för att få en mycket behaglig temperatur att sova under natten. Hade varit perfekt om man tagit med en myggdödare och placerat i rummet. Det var en otroligt fin vandring från hotellet till Gorrupo, rekommenderas!

Vista di un paesaggio impressionanto

Soggiorno 4 giorni a metà ottobre 2017. La prenotatione su tripadvisor funzionava bene, accoglienza amichevole. Non c'erano molti ospiti, un giorno eravamo soli. Quello era abbastanza buono, perché la casa è un po mal insonorizzata.

Un buon hotel nel parco del Gennargentu

Tenete conto che è nel mezzo del nulla...solo parco intorno. Per noi era quello che cercavamo ma credo sia giusto esplicitarlo! Manca un frigo in camera ed è un pochino rumoroso ma, detto ciò, ci siamo trovati molto bene e abbiamo anche cenato benissimo!

Beautiful Hotel in the Mountains

Really nice hotel, friendly staff and good Broadcast. Really quiet at night. Only problem we had was the bad WiFi connection. It is only available in the Lobby. Nevertheless it is definately worth a visit. Good for a hike down into the canyon.

A good stopover

We had a one night stop whilst taking in the south of the island. The rooms were clean clear and comfortable. The shower was a good power and very pleasant. Would return next time we are in the area.

Das Hotel war Ausgangspunkt unserer Wanderung in die Schlucht. Die Lage ist toll und für Wanderer komfortabel, das Hotel eher einfach; das wird vom guten Service wettgemacht. Auch das Restaurant ist gut.

Situation idéale pour les randonneurs mais chambre vétuste sans aucun intérêt. Chambre très mal insonorisée (on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres environnantes et dans le couloir), pas de wifi dans la chambre et matelas très inconfortable. Service correct sans plus. La struttura si trova nel Supramonte di Urzulei. Per raggiungere il posto, si percorrono delle strade con dei panorami mozzafiato. - Camera: abbiamo soggiornato in una camera spaziosa (no frigorifero in camera, ma in zona condivisa) - Bagno: comodo. - Personale: gentile e disponibile. - Pulizia: buona. - Posizione: strategica. A 30 minuti dal mare (Cala Gonone) e a 5 minuti dal sentiero di trekking per il Canyon del Gorropu. - Colazione: continentale a buffet, di medio livello - Prezzo: 100€ in matrimoniale (colazione inclusa) - Altri servizi: ristorante, con ricette tipiche della tradizione sarda (capretto, maialetto, culurgiones, ecc). Circa 35€ euro a persona (antipasto, primo, assaggio di secondo, vino incluso della casa)

Sur le col, cet hôtel est l'unique établissement de la région. On se sent loin de tout, dans une nature belle et sauvage ! Les oiseaux piaillent, on entend les cloches des chèvres, et on savoure le moment. La cuisine est excellente !

Excellent. We only stopped for the night but very good. Had an evening meal with excellent food and a great self Service breakfast. Great.

Grand location. The hotel caters mainly to walkers and cyclists. Helps if you have a car to travel to and from the hotel. Dinner was good with local specialities, breakfast was basic but perfectly adequate.

Wonderful ... away from the coastal crowds

Stayed one night on drive up east coast of Sardinia. Small detour from coast, but very much worth it. Wonderful location, lovely food and exceptionally nice staff. As for the views...spectacular.

Nice hotel run by really nice people

Nice hotel in at the start of the gorge hike. Run by really nice people. We wanted to start the hike early in the morning (7am), and the lovely lady who checked us in, and prepares breakfast, offered to prepare us breakfast early. The room is basic, but had an amazing view. Very peaceful, and lots of stars in the sky. Had a nice dinner at the restaurant - I tired goat stew, and finished with a nice cheese plate. We spent most our trip on the coast, which is amazing, but would spend a little more time inland next time.

Disappointed

Setting was striking and checking was warm and professional. The rest of the visit was poor in comparison. For the price, we felt like we were intruding in public spaces where we had to go to access sporadic wifi. No wifi would have been preferable to the frustrating sometime access available in the main lounge. We also feel that a hotel that promotes a superior stay should not commandeer lounge areas with staff and family along with a overly loud toddler throughout the day and evening. We would not stay again, given a choice of accommodations, however there are no alternatives in the area. Considering the reviews, frankly we expected more.

Fantastiska vyer

Vi valde detta hotell mer av en slump. Vi var mest ute efter sol och bad egentligen. Hotellets omgivning är fantastisk med dramatiska berg, getter som går runt och betar och vägar som slingrar sig längs bergssidor. Vill du ut och vandra är detta perfekt, men det är bara 30 min bilfärd ner till Cala Gonone och finfina stränder. Restaurangen serverar bra mat utan att vara fantastisk. Personalen var trevliga och serviceinriktade!
