"The check-in counter is one of the smallest that I have seen among all the five-star hotels that I have been to. The staff could have easily directed some group check-ins and executive level customers to the executive lounge.
The daily cleaning staff and the turn-down service staff are two different teams based on the staff self report. However, it seems that the daily cleaning staff also does the evening turn-down service except for the first day.
The room cleaning service and turn-down service are both excellent. We love the pillow menu and the rapid service response time! The room is well kept during our stay and it was super comfy and clean.
The property is located in the mall and with direct passway to the mall, which makes it very easy to get access to the mall and many restaurants without the need to go through another security check in front of the mall.
Daily breakfast is excellent with a lot of local food presented and keeps a wide variety of choices including a short a la carte menu to order food from the kitchen. The menu includes a breakfast steak! Members are recognized by name and presented special breakfast items.
The Chinese restaurant has one of the best Cantonese food that I have tasted and some are even better than those of in Canton or Hong Kong. Do try their BBQ pork!
