Hospedagem Terrível

Tive problemas com a Pousada assim que cheguei. Deixaram fazer o check in 30 minutos antes, mas o quarto não estava preparado para hospedagem. O aparelho de aquecimento do quarto não funcionava. Aguardaram sairmos para almoçar e colocaram uma equipe no quarto para realizar a manutenção. Quando retornamos, a equipe ainda se encontrava no quarto. Na segunda noite, o sistema de aquecimento voltou a dar problemas, comuniquei e nos emprestaram um aparelho portátil minúsculo, que não dava conta de aquecer o quarto. Lençol em péssimas condições (puído e com furos). Quarto com vários T (benjamim) nas tomadas, o que achei estranho e considero perigoso. No quarto não há armários para guardar as roupas, apenas alguns cabides de plástico ruim (um estava literalmente quebrado), e estes cabides suspensos em um parafuso (“gambiarra). O local da Pousada é um pouco estranho, não nos sentimos seguros. O valor cobrado é muito caro pelo que oferecem. A área externa da Pousada precisa de GRANDE reforma, porta do restaurante quebrada, partes de madeira desgastadas. Enfim, foi terrível passar 3 noites nesta Pousada

A pousada é simples, mas o quarto é espaçoso e bem equipado com ar condicionado inverter, cama queen, smartv e Oi TV. O café da manhã tem boas opções, mas o papel manteiga usado para revestir as sanduicheras elétricas de teflon gruda no pão depois de quente e obriga o hospede a ter que raspar o papel ou tirar parte do pão com papel colado.

A pousada tem um charme único, muito aconchegante, perfeita para uma viagem a dois. O ambiente acolhedor criam uma atmosfera relaxante que nos fez sentir em casa. Um dos destaques da nossa estadia foi o café da manhã. A qualidade e o cuidado na preparação eram evidentes. Com certeza voltaremos em nossas próximas visitas a Urubici. Recomendo a todos que querem um refúgio tranquilo e aconchegante!

Hospedagem perfeita em Urubici

Eu e meu esposo ficamos hospedados por 3 diárias na Pousada Requinte Serrano. Desde a recepção até a despedida, Andrea e Rodinei, donos da pousada, foram extremamente receptivos e cuidadosos para que nossa estada fosse a melhor possível. Ficamos na linda suíte 2, com decoração romântica e acolhedora. Cama e travesseiros maravilhosos, roupa de cama e banho de excelente qualidade. O chuveiro é forte e esquenta bem. O aparelho de ar condicionado não deixa ninguém sentir frio ou calor. O café da manhã preparado pela Andrea é farto e muito gostoso, num salão bem agradável, com pães de queijo, cuca, geleias e outras gostosuras. Sem dúvidas recomendo a hospedagem. A pousada é bem central, o que facilita o caminho para todos os passeios nas quatro direções a partir de Urubici. Limpeza diária, assim como a troca de toalhas. Recomendo também o restaurante Pimenta Rosa, localizado na rua principal. Ali, não deixem de conversar com o dono que é da área de turismo e dá otimas dicas. A comida é fantástica!

Confortável e bem localizada

A pousada é bonita, localizada no centro da cidade, é confortável e oferece todas as comodidades. Só não entendi porque cobram uma taxa diária pra pet já que eles não usam nada, nem consomem alimento, água ou energia. A exigência de avisar que teria um pet não tem cabimento já que a pousada é pet friendly e em nenhum lugar do aplicativo achei onde dar essa informação. Oi então é pet friendly apenas pra cobrar um pouco a mais na diária.
