"The 'muchachos' were very helpful and responsive to requests. They speak both English and Spanish. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. The views of Puno and the lake were spectacular and you can walk on the property to see amazing views to the north and east. Wonderful for photography. "Amazing hotel and amazing staff!!! I would definitely come back here with my family. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient is that it’s located quite a bit away from the city centre so you have to take a taxi every time you want to go do something in town. But it’s super quiet here!"
