Beautiful experience staying at this hotel. Apart from the fact that it’s at a very convenient location, best part is the host who is very helpful with his suggestions and recommendations especially if you are new to the place. Special mention to the lady who prepares food- breakfast is really amazing here. If you want a quiet relaxed cave hotel experience this is the place for you

I stayed in the Feris Cave hotel and can honestly say the service given by a lovely couple was exceptional. The rooms cut out of rock were unique. I booked a hot air balloon flight with Turgut which went very well and he talked me into having a traditional Turkish breakfast (prepared by his wife) every morning which was delicious. There golden retriever was also the sweetest dog to have as company while eating. Lovely views of the surrounding area from the room.Great stay, thank you.

Cool hotel with friendly staff. The only problem was that there was no dehumidifier or air conditioner, so it was unbearable hot after using the tub. We had to sleep with fully open door to bear.

I can imagine the property itself is like many other small cave hotels in the area – it’s cosy, intimate, and pretty nicely decorated. But the real deal-maker, in this case, was the wonderful host and manager who went out of his way to make sure my parents and I felt taken care of and had the best two days in Cappadocia. Considering we were on a tight schedule, he offered himself as a guide and driver (at an incredibly nominal rate) to show us around multiple hand-picked sites we were interested in, attended to each of our specific interests/needs along the way, and flexibly attended to our most minute requests. He was so caring and wonderful that we might have mentioned it was my father’s birthday the day we were leaving, and he brought him a little cake to celebrate the night before. It’s small moments like these that make the memories in some places more wonderful than others. Also, the breakfast was incredible — fresh, fully organic, and delicious!

Awesome place

We had two nights in this magical place. The room is really cool, the hotel staff and owner very friendly, welcoming and gave us a lot of tips. The location pretty close for visiting many places and the town has lots of nice stores to visit and enjoy.

EXTREMELY GOOD experiences of staying, everyone is soooo nice. The owner speaks 3 languages, Turkish/Chinese/English, very welcoming and helpful, the hotel is clean and cozy and quiet, and they feed me huge portion of breakfast everyday. Definitely will come back and recommending everyone who prefers a quite stay during travel.

Nice and chill place in Ürgüp

The owners and the people who work there will be attending you and helping you in anything you need, from laundry service till programming an air balloon service cheaper than the online options. The breakfast is nice. They have a beautiful well cared and calm dog to make you days more pleasent in the place. Sometimes you don't even notice that the dog is around. The place is clean and easy to go from there to the rest of the city. Walking distance to many restaurants, Turkish Bath and souvenirs stores.

Ürgüp merkezde ve sonradan öğrendiğimiz kadarıyla 720 senelik olan muhteşem bir mağara otel. Kesinlikle tertemiz ve ve inanılmaz lezzetli kahvaltı. Köpek korkum olmasına rağmen Onur Bey’in oğlum dediği Patron’dan ayrılırken üzüldük :) o kesinlikle bir köpek değil, konuşamayan dört ayaklı insan :) ayrıca Onur Bey her konuda fazlasıyla yardımcı oluyor , keşke her otelde olabilse. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye edeceğim.
