"立地が非常にいいホテル。イチャンカラ内にあり、主要な観光地までは徒歩で行くことができる。未完成の塔までは徒歩3分だった。 ホテルの3階の屋上からの景色が素晴らしい！朝夕は屋上の椅子に座りながら、太陽に染まる街並みを見ることができる。 部屋は清掃が行き届いており、私の泊まった部屋ではバスタブはないがシャワーも問題なく使えて快適に過ごすことができた。シャワーの横にガラスの仕切りがあり、トイレ側まで濡れないような造りになっている。隣の部屋の物音も聞こえず、エアコンも快適だった。エレベーターがないことだけがマイナスポイント。 朝食はウズベキスタン料理をはじめ、いろいろな料理が並ぶビュッフェ形式。全体的に味は美味しい。特に目玉焼きとメロンが美味しかった。 スタッフはフレンドリーで親切。事前の空港送迎の車手配のメールのやりとりもすぐに返事が来た。また、宿泊時も観光に関するアドバイスをくれたり、送迎車のトラブル発生時も真摯になって対応をしてくれて問題が解決した。ヒヴァに来たら、また泊まりたいと思えるアットホームなホテル。"

"This is a huge hotel. Given that we travelled during off peak season, we practically had the e tire hotel to ourselves. The staff made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was served daily - this is no buffet service. They had breakfast for us and it was a personalized service. The Front Desk Manager was super helpful in directing and guiding us during our stay. Excellent service and good location of property. About 4 minutes drive to main attraction Inchi Kala 👍"
