「Todo muy conservado y comodo」

「Mejoraría el buffet de desayuno, es básico,tiene lo esencial, pero podría mejorar y dar más opciones o variedad. Por otro lado la habitación pedimos limpiarla solo un día de las 4 noches que hemos estado, cambiaron las sábanas y papeleras,pero la limpieza del suelo y el vater no fue muy buena, quizás como no era nuestro último día lo hicieron más general, pero estaba sucio. Vendría bien también algún espacio más para dejar la ropa. Por lo demás el personal ha sido muy amable y el hotel está bien...

「La habitación, impecable. El entorno, una maravilla, muy bonito y tranquilo. Alejandro, quien me recibió, fue muy amable y atento. Es un lugar al que volver sin duda.」

「Un hilo de agua caliente, ducha sin presión, wc no funcionaba bien, la cisterna y la tapa estaba acorchada de humedad. Mando tv no funcionaba. Mucho ruido desde las 07h. La sauna del spa no calentaba nada…me tocó todo…no volveré」

「negative: the view from my window was a wall. it’s far from old town and cathedral sites and activities. the food was poor to average. i unfortunately got caught in a no cancellation agreement for 10 days. i was surprised that my long stay did not include the complementary breakfast buffet. i had an injured foot, asked for ice which felt like an inconvenience. service lacking and attitudes from staff. positive: close to bus station close access to greenway hiking trails cleaning staff was...

「The staff at reception were warm and friendly and even allowed an early check-in. The room was spotless, airy and had been cleaned to a high standard. It was well-equipped although a kettle would have been a bonus. The hotel was very convenient for bars, restaurants, museums and the market. It was also only a short 10 minute walk from the train station. A very good stay. 」
