「We were a family of 4 staying over for one night during our road trip from Melbourne to Gold Coast. The place was spacious and the beds were comfortable. There weren’t many places to have dinner but just for one night, it was adequate. Parking was very convenient as it was directly outside our room. The new General Manager Nigel was very helpful and friendly. Nice green grassland on one side of the room. Good experience overall. 」

「I booked this hotel after reading the reviews, which highlighted clean rooms and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience at all. Check-in was quick and easy, but as soon as we opened the door to Room 115, we were hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was even worse, with a foul odour coming from the drains that resembled sewerage. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
