"The breakfast wasn’t good, usual weird eggs and pancakes that could not be cut with a fork. The $10 per person charge for miniature golf was shocking since the course was covered in debris and the ball would sometimes come to a stop because of it, not to mention the pump for the water feature was very loud. The mini fridge in room 224 was loud, and the walls are thin, the snoring and the fridge kept us awake all night. "

They sent maintenance up to fix it right away. But we had issues again later that night. The sink and bathtub were clogged. And the toilet was very slow. This is my second stay in the last year. Last visit my toilet was clogged and unusable. I won’t be staying here again. "

"Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. We were placed next to a room with children running and screaming, along with a dog that barked constantly. I reached out to request a room change (we had booked a king with a jacuzzi tub), but was told the only alternative available was a queen room. I was also told they would address the noise if it continued after 10pm, which wasn’t very helpful in the moment. Beyond the noise, the room itself had several issues. The shower leaked, and it appeared the shower head had been patched with plumbers putty. The jacuzzi tub was dirty, which was especially concerning given that it’s a feature we specifically booked. The room also had a musty smell and felt quite dated. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and the condition of the room combined with the lack of immediate resolution made for an uncomfortable stay."
