"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Das in einem Österreichischen Hotel das Personal nicht Deutsch spricht, war eine negative Überraschung. Mit Englisch gings dann einigermaßen. Auch das ich bei Tisch gleich auf Ungarisch begrüßt wurde, war etwas irritierend. Für mich kein Problem, aber irgendwo bei der Buchung, hätte ich das gerne vorab gewusst. Ansonsten war das Hotel und Essen super. Das Personal war trotz der Sprachbarriere sehr engagiert. "
