「Since my flight was very late on the day I checked out, they kept luggage for the entire day. The person at the front desk let me use a shower in a room for an hour so I could freshen up and change clothes after a long day in Dhaka and before my flight. The breakfast was nice, with a variety of freshly baked pastries and other food options. 」

「This was the second time I stayed at the Raintree. The price is comparable to others in the area, with large rooms reasonably priced. There’s a lively coffee shop in the lobby and the hotel staff are wonderful. Twice they arranged for an airport transfer in the middle of the night. 「品質上是還好，但油漆味濃厚，第一天入住是服務很好，第二天繼續住沒有主動打掃房間，第三天我要求他們打掃之前他們才有問今天需要打掃？只有第一天提供免費的一瓶礦泉水，第二天是自己付費，之後的7天都沒有免費的一瓶礦泉水，自己購買！我覺得不是錢的問題是服務的問題，如果你的住宿服務是有這些貼心的服務，那就必須做到，否則讓人失望....所以以後如果再次去是不會選擇這個飯店」
