"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "We had a comfortable stay at the Hey Hotel. It was walking distance from train station and bus stops. There were cafes, restaurants and shoping within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial and variety of choices. However, it would have been nice if breakfast was served earlier or at least have a takeaway option for those who needed to start their day early."
