「I checked into the hotel around 1 AM on January 26 and checked out at about 8 AM on the same day, having stayed for the night of January 25, during which a significant snowstorm affected much of the U.S. (my flight was canceled, very chaotic). The hotel is new and appeared to be well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and facilities. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the reception clerk, whose name I unfortunately do not know. As a foreigner...

「The staff was very helpful when we arrived. Our room was clean and spacious. There was a bar at the front which was nice. The gym was a little small, but it worked. It was at the perfect location」

「Hotel was wonderful, but the Tram to do ballpark was a disappointment. There’s a free tram that will take you to the park. It’s first come first serve but if it’s full you’re waiting an hour to the next one. Also taking the tram back the workers (not affeliated w the hotel) were not helpful at all. I told them which holiday day inn I was staying at and they still put me on the wrong tram. Otherwise the hotel is great location, Denny’s walking distance. Hotel is clean and workers were helpful」

「No bags in restroom trashcan or the one by the tv. The window view showed a corner of the roof with scattered trash. The sink would not stay on as the handle was too heavy for the water to stay on. There was little to no parking on the premises. The gate to one of the main streets was locked with a chain, so we had to find the back entrance.」
