「飯店業者承諾的收費竟然在我們旅行過兩天就又多收費用,email也不回覆,服務態度讓人難以忍受,讓我們的旅行非常掃興,不想吃虧的旅客千萬別在這裡住宿. The hotel staff promised the charge when we checked in, but after we leave the hotel several days later, they charge additionally to our credit card. There is no reply to our email, which makes people very frustrated and disappointed at this kind of service. We would never recommend people to use this hotel in their travel. 」

「Nice small hotel about 1K from bus station. Also close to Mirador Cerro De La Cruz. Double room is small but nicely decorated with amenities in good order. Continental breakfast served is also good with fresh fruits.」

「This a great place to stay for a few days in Punta Arenas. It is close to the heart of the downtown but not so much that it is noisy. The little kitchenette is perfect for a meal in and the breakfast offerings were very sweet. The bed was also comfy and the room was very clean. Thanks to the staff for their warm welcome and friendliness!」

「Had a great stay - the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was nice, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast was also good with a nice variety of options - fruit, yoghurts, juices, cereal, meat and cheese or pastries. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again :)」
