「I changed from Microtel suites to this hotel and it was best choice I made. Property clean and staff great」

「Very clean very nice」

「The staff was friendly and helpful . would’ve loved to have had a complementary breakfast, even if it was only a continental breakfast. Unfortunately, the days that we stayed at the property, the weather was against us and it rained so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool an the hot tub that looked lovely enough. To bad there wasn’t and indoor facility for us to use.」

「👍」

「Overall stay was pretty good it was Halloween weekend so we were surrounded by a bunch of college kids only complaint I have is the alarm clock in the room kept making noise even after it was turned off I don't know what was going on with it」

「The pictures online did not match the property. It was gross - I asked for a room change and they said I couldn’t because I booked third party. I left after first night and am looking for refund for other two nights but they are not getting back to Expedia. Very disappointing」

「Immediately walking to the room, a roach was on the wall, a roach in the refrigerators and the bathroom was next t that clean and presentable. It was a last minute booking abs a game in the area so most hotels were already sold out. I won’t book there again.」

「Terrible, dirty, and knock the door in the morning 8 am for no reason」

「Michael took care of our every need. It was our first stay but will not be our last!」

「Spacious clean rooms, and the best breakfast variety ever. When in Greenville I will always choose Best Western!」

「Maid service did not clean our room. We made no request not to.」
