"Did not use the pool and the hotel was a mess. It is currently under construction. If we had known this we would have found a different place to stay. Room heat did not work, ceiling light did not work, phone in room did not work and the tv kept turning off and on "

"Lovely stay. Our suite was cozy and clean. The front desk manager was very professional and our checkin was a breeze. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and dinner in the restaurant was delicious and the staff friendly. The lobby had a beautiful fire in the fireplace as we entered. The pool was clean and spacious and our grandchildren had a great time swimming and feeding the fish and turtles in the indoor pond. We will absolutely be guests in the future. "

"MUST DO call to ask if construction is finished. The noise was unbearable. But the staff, realizing this, refunded the cost of rooms and we are grateful. Our large group of friends adjusted plans, skipped planned quiet moments needed from the drive up, and left early to miss the next round of racket.
