"There was no Starbucks open on Saturday or any breakfast service of any kind available Also no bottled water in the room The hotel was beautiful and the restaurant on Friday night offered live music and the food was very good but the servers were inexperienced and did not have an adequate command of the English language I asked for the chocolate cake to be served with whipped cream and chocolate sauce to go , but later in the evening when I went to eat it the container only had whipped cream and chocolate sauce no cake :( Also strange on the bathroom wall had a list of towels in the room and shampoos and body washes and prices for any that go missing would be charged as well as any that were stained would also be charged to your bill Wearing makeup and not being provided with a black facecloth I was concerned about being billed for that But good access and plenty of free parking and beautiful decor and a comfortable bed for 600 for 2 nights is reasonable but they need to be more accommodating for breakfast Even lobby coffee was only served black no sugar or cream Same with in room coffee only coffee no cream or sugar "

"Parking was not the best at all and breakfast was just ok. The room was disgusting and needed a lot of repairs, tv didn't work, phone didn't work, microwave didn't work, and then the next day my room was cleaned but they never washed the floor or even make the bed, and they said they do not make the bed unless we request it lol It was terrible."

"Arrived , wanted to order take out from booklet on desk in room. Vomit or food all over pages and pages ripped. Every time someone ran water in other rooms the pipes made loud screaming noise. Most of the outlets in room did not work. No sound proofing in rooms. Can hear everything in hallways from other guests checking out , people talking in other rooms and room service cart squeaking."

"Everything we considered excellent except for the breakfast which definitely left a lot to be desired. "

"Room was clean and we basically had a good nights rest. The room we were assigned to 1st had no heat only cold air blowing. However we were given a different room which was fine. Would definitely stay there again."
