「First let me say we arrived at 12:30 check in is at 3pm so I asked if room was ready it wasn’t so we walked to town. We went around had lunch walked back it is 3:30now. A white woman was at the desk checking in I was told my room wasnt ready still. I asked how someone walk in off the street get a room when you knew we were here first.
