「This was a lovely place. Clean. Quiet. Safe. The pool was small but great. The only downside for us was the property’s reliance on small, single-use plastic water bottles. We were given one each upon arrival, but there was no way to refill them with filtered water on the property. In today’s world, we should all be working together to do all we can to end single use plastics and conserve resources.」

「the workers there are very kind and helpful. During the morning, they will cook eggs and make coffee for us. The hotel is located quite a quiet area, and around 10-15 minutes walk to Sanur beach. Cozy and relaxing environment. Quite a lot of mosquitoes, but the hotel has prepared repellent spray and mosquito net for their guest. Very considerate.」

「Having on hand printed my already paid booking with Expedia, where the room was pool view (was on the description of my booking), they tell me that to have that room I would pay extra money, I choose the room with pool view and air conditioning but they give me a room behind the hotel with a fan. We only spent one night there and we lost the money for the rest of the days. Could be a problem between Expedia and the Hotel but the hotel only ask for more money and Expedia doesn't allow to cancel...

「Hôtel sympathique en soit mais son fonctionnement est à revoir : personnel pressant, par exemple, pour l’option petit déjeuner il est nécessaire de choisir ce que l’on veut la veille, ainsi que l’heure précise. Si vous n’êtes pas présents à l’heure donnée, l’accueil vous appelle à la minute près pour vous demander de descendre. Pas très agréable quand l’on est en vacances. Sinon bonne localisation et chambre agréable.」

「地點很好，飯店的服務人員也非常友善及樂於協助。泳池的水和池畔的躺椅都維護的很好。 會給三顆星是因為房間內的整潔差強人意。地板赤腳走起來感覺澀澀的，沒有正常磁磚那樣的光滑清爽。廁所整潔也像是每一次都沒有好好清理，長年累積下來到處都可以看到被忽略清洗的痕跡。 枕套和被單像是很久沒有換或是清理的感覺。聞起來有那種人身上散發出來的油味，那些枕頭和被單需要被認真的清理一下。 再次說明，飯店人員的服務態度很好，很謝謝他們快速的幫忙，我不並不是一位難搞的旅客，只是期待可以住到整潔的房間好好休息。」

「Hébergement très bien situé et personnel très serviable. En revanche, la chambre ne correspondait pas à celle qu’on avait sélectionné, nous avons eu des draps tachés et 1 prise sur 2 ne fonctionnait pas… Piscine de l’hôtel inutilisable car très sale (jaune avec une pellicule sur le dessus). 」

「I had a terrible time trying to sleep at night because i got biten by bugs the whole night and woke up with bug bites all over my leg. The ac is also very weak for bali standards. The staff are nice but i will not book this hotel again.」

「The Avery Le Nixsun Villas has great potential to be a five star hotel, however there were some key details that were lacking. There was no minibar, replacement of water bottles, or options for in-room dining service/massages/etc. Our room was also not cleaned on the second day so we were left with plates from breakfast and no fresh towels. This may have been our fault as we decided to spend the morning in the pool and missed the opportunity for this. But there was no follow up when we walked...
