The bathtub was not clean and had to be cleaned and refilled with hot water because there was grime floating in the bathtub. The staff was very helpful, and worked very hard to find a place that would be open when many supermarkets were closed early during the mid summer eve. They also worked very hard to find out the bus schedule for the airport when we had a problem with the bus schedule for the mid summer holiday. The breakfast is excellent, delicious and varied. There are many things to complain about, but all in all it was a good hotel. I will use this hotel again the next time I go to Umea. However, I would like you to install the air conditioner system by then. The heat in the room during the daytime is crazy.
