Great breakfast buffet, beautiful view fra room, comfortable beds. A huge disappointment though was that even though we had a 3 night stay, we were only able to use the spa facilities one time due to closure for 2 days because of cleaning. The spa had been the main reason we chose this particular hotel.

Excellent hotel, with comfy beds and great rooms. Only minus is the breakfast restaurant which is too small and overcrowded.

Excellent choice

We had a fantastic experience thanks to the very friendly staff! Breakfast was excellent, varied and very high quality! The room was very comfortable, quiet and spacious. We'll stay here again!

Nice hotel in the city but bad spa

Clean, nice and good breakfast. But after a long days work and then workout at the gym i wanted to visit the spa, but i was closed for cleaning which brings down the score. The spa is only open between 16-20 except mondays when its closed. Why not clean the spa between 08-16 and have the spa open every day? So strange.

A fantastic hotel with great staff and location

I stayed at this hotel during WRC Rally Sweden. The staff is A+++ and they even ensured there were breakfast items available when I left the hotel each day around 3:00 AM. I also had several items shipped to the hotel and they held them until my arrival. I had a double bed room on the 12th floor with 8 power outlets and even a bottle opener attached to the wall. The bed had the largest pillows I’ve ever seen and the breakfast offering is unbeatable. There is a ton of food available, free coffee 24/7 in the lobby, and it’s all included in the price! Peak internet speeds were 28.6 MBPS down and 55.5 up, which is very average, but I also had a lot of issues with the hotel losing connectivity to the web. I connected to the router just fine, though. The interior secondary locking mechanism on my room’s door didn’t work and I submitted a work order. Guests on the 12th floor may hear the rooftop restaurant/bar, and I could hear chairs dragging across the floor. Get some tennis balls on those chair legs! All things considered, this is a great hotel.

I think that you have some improvement to do

Service from the staff was great, but the room, not so great. It was not clean at all. Waste in the waste paper basket, fingerprints on the mirrors and dust on the tables, remnants of soap on the counter, an old ear stick on the counter in the bathroom, aleady opened wine bottle. In addition, the room temperature did not go further down than 19 degrees. That is of course my personal taste, but down to 17 degrees would be great. The lamps in the bathroom was not so great. It should not only come from above and from the sides. You would like it to come from the front. Finally, I would like to suggest that you have a menue of pillows to choose from. The big, fluffy pillows that you have is not to everyone's liking. Maybe a smaller, harder one as well or a cuddle bug.
