「The staff excellent, the breakfast superb」

「The hotel is very clean and our room has an armoire which is so necessary to organize our belongings. The hot water with tea or coffee is always available. Moreover, we are so grateful to the staff members for their kindness. I contacted them the night before to ask if we could wait in the lobby since we would be arriving at 6 am in the morning. 「Great hotel! Excellent location, spacious rooms and a lovely breakfast included. The staff even organised us a travel lunch to take us with our early flight from Arequipa to Cusco. Really enjoyed our stay (great views from the rooftop bar too!)」

Breakfast at terrace was really nice. Though you have to walk for 10 mins to plaza de arms, it was worth walking coz for the price and peaceful atmosphere of the place. Highly recommend!」

「Most amazing stay at any hotel that we’ve been to. Have to ring their bell and wait for their staff to let us in. Totally enclosed property and only guests can dine there. Rooms were comfortable, very quiet, can get coffee or food delivered to your room (no charge all inclusive), breakfast and dinner selections were plentiful, all delicious food. We can’t rave enough about the staff. They make you feel like you’re part of their family. We stayed 6 nights and could have stayed longer. 」
