「Stayed one night and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Sauna was great, breakfast buffet was in a lovely room with great views of the surrounding area. Walking distance to the mall, where the only local action occurs.」

「The transportation is very convenient, with subway and bus stops right outside. Inside the mall, shopping and convenience stores are easily accessible. The breakfast is also good, but staying for a few days can become monotonous as the breakfast is the same every day. Checking in is not convenient because you have to take a roundabout way when the mall is closed. The front desk service is quite average and somewhat unpleasant.」

「check in时间下午3点，提前要付费，旁边scandic kista 下午2点入住。房间超大，但是冷，居然还放了一台电暖器。设施差，超贵，不值。优点是交通方便，就在爱立信边上。如果去住宿，最好选周末，好像才1/3的价格，你就可以想象工作日住宿的价格有多高了。早餐不错。」

It was originally called Jakobsdal for its owner Jacob De la Gardie, who had it built by architect Hans Jacob Kristler in 1643-1645 as a country retreat. He later passed on to his son, Magnus Gabriel De la Gardie, from whom it was purchased in 1669 by Queen Hedvig Eleonora of Sweden.
