We stayed there for 2 nights, room was spacious and clean. The first room which was allocated to us not not properly cleaned but manager and staff immediately moved us to a room which was fully ready. Staff was quite helpful

# hotel is roadside , looking beautiful from outside and 30 mins drive to Mahakaleswar Temple Gate 4 # Check in takes time and front desk staff are matured , middle aged men , having so much attitude towards guests . We never heard any greetings words from them .. they are not concerned about guests because they knew hotels rooms will be fully booked for Mahakaleswar Shravan months visits .. # breakfast are pathetic so as the place of breakfast having no AC and roof covered with pvc sheets .. very mediocre hotel food may be outsourced by the hotel # Anjushree must train the Middle Aged front staff men because we have a feeling that they are not fit for the hospitality industry ‘s front desk , who used to be very polite and greet guests with words .. then only guests will come back We give 2.7 / 5 fir the hotels # check in desk allot rooms starting from corner , may be that room not used fir months .. so I got that room whose toilet bath are shabby and not cleaned as it should be .. the wash basin stinks and so on ..

This Hotel is past its prime; promoters, unfortunately, don’t seem to realize it…. 1. Other than a couple exceptions, I wonder why no one smiles at Guests ! 2. Rooms are ill-prepared for check-ins; very hot when you enter and took long time to cool down. 3. Property is not prepared for overseas guests; simple things like universal power outlets etc are missing; front desk just didn’t seem to care. 4. Bathroom shower / spout switch did not work; had to keep it manually keep it in pressed position to operate 5. Towels, apparently washed, were past their prime….greying, limp and crusty! 6. Telephones did not work and instructions for use were missing. The two restaurants are fine but with menu limitations…. Surprisingly I did not see any notable S Indian breakfast options in the city even. Overall, my experience with the Hotel was way below expectations and don’t recommend!

Room was just okay, hot water was on and off due to faulty tap in washroom. It was very difficult to take bath during winter at 4 am. While dinner the water was dirty in bottle kept at table. When we questioned about it the staff was saying "thoda bohot toh hota hai na".

Staff was courteous and food was great!! The bathrooms had a foul odour and sink needed some unclogging. It would be nice if they put a deodorizer or something. Overall stay was pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.
