「Second time here. Everything is awesome!」

「no microwave oven!!!!!!!!」

「Great staff, they were very helpful regarding any questions or help I needed」

「Love the location. Walking distance to everything including the central station. Not much to say other than that as everything was as expected for what I paid. Will book again」

「The location is very good. The young male counter and the male counter service at night are better, the breakfast is good, the neighborhood is noisy, and the sleep disorder is not recommended. The first night had a little mouse telling the female counter (older) there is no solution. My job is also the hotel counter but my service to the guests is my best!」

「HOTELS.COM doesn’t respond or help!! I would like to submit a complaint concerning my stay at “The Veteran” First of all, the location of the hotel made it impossible to sleep at night. Right underneath our room there were several coffeeshops and bars with banging loud music playing the whole night. Even the closed windows and curtains did not help. The hotel did not mention it in any way whatsoever in their description. If we knew that information beforehand — we would not stay there. I can...
